Kaethe joined the professional staff at Grant & Associates as a
Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor Intern in January 2006. Using her
mental health counseling education and experience, she serves our
clientele with sensitivity to the “whole” person, not just the
disability. She also effectively uses technology and information
systems in order to augment her professional counseling skills.
Kaethe attained a BA in Psychology and English in 1995 and a MA in Counseling in 2001, both from Seattle University. For 10 years, she focused her career on the social work field where she became a clinical supervisor, trainer, and contracts manager. She also developed quality assurance systems and partnered with peers and state officials to develop new service models for children cared for under the Washington State Children’s Administration Behavioral Rehabilitation Service Contract.
Kaethe embraces the outdoors by fishing, camping and gardening in her spare time. With her husband and 5 daughters, she is constantly engaged but always finds time for a good read.
