Irina joined Grant & Associates as a VRC in September 1999 after graduating from Saint Martin's College with a degree in Psychology. She currently works as a Lead Supervisor and manages a caseload of State Fund claims. She speaks Russian fluently and works with several Russian-speaking workers in Western Washington.
Irina's emphasis is placed on effective communication and personal contact while working with all parties involved in the State Fund claims. She is especially effective working as a team with physicians, attorneys, employer representatives, and injured workers in order to come to successful claim resolution. Her strengths lie in research and thorough analytical work relating to employability and in creation of effective training plans within a short period of time. Irina received her CDMS national certification in April 2007.
Irina and her husband enjoy traveling and spending time with friends and family.
