Cleo joined Grant & Associates in November 2002 as a Vocational
Rehabilitation Counselor Intern. She is a registered VRC after
acquiring her CDMS national certification in 2006 and is currently
enrolled in the Master of Arts in Rehabilitation Counseling program
at Western Washington University.
Cleo graduated from Wellesley College, just outside of Boston, Massachusetts in May 1999 with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. After college, Cleo returned home to Lake Quinault, a small tight-knit community on the Olympic Peninsula of Washington State and worked in a managerial position for a small family operated corporation for three years, where she further developed her skills for human resource management.
Since joining Grant & Associates, Cleo found she enjoys communication and coordination between injured workers, employers and the medical community. Cleo discovered professional purpose and meaning while meeting and corresponding with employers in the community. Cleo serves as an educator, assisting employers in coordinating return to work opportunities for injured workers, while also gaining knowledge about the broad variety of jobs throughout western Washington. Cleo specifically finds satisfaction in the constant challenges presented in this occupation and the teamwork and communication skills she relies on to overcome these challenges.
In her spare time, Cleo enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, her friends and her Saint Bernard.
