To make a referral to one of our Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor Interns, please refer directly to the firm utilizing provider# 1516, followed by the appropriate service location number. Within your referral text, simply request the specific Intern you want and Grant & Associates will make sure the case is worked by that Intern, through a full-status counselor, with complete supervision.
